Admission process

Your first step towards investing in your child's bright future.

Unlike many other schools, here at Trotters Stop,  we encourage parents to engage with the Head of School and tour the grounds before  proceeding with the application submission. Please do note that upon receiving the completed application form will we go ahead with the admission process.

Enrolment Agreement

A child is officially enrolled in the selected program once the school has received the signed enrolment agreement and tuition deposit. Enrolment in all programs is binding. Parents are responsible for tuition each term regardless of the amount of time the child attends the school.

Registration

Apply online or send your filled application form on our registered postal address. You can download the Registration Form here.

Interview

Eligible candidates will be called for an interview, along with necessary documents.

Submission

Once the admission is secured, you would need to submit the Student Admissions Form, student’s passport sized photos and the fee payment. You may download the Student Admissions form here.

Student Curriculum and Evaluation

Upon admission, parents will receive a curriculum overview handbook that details the courses throughout the year. Similarly, we also offer daily, termly and yearly curriculums.

Throughout the school year, teachers maintain a detailed record of each individual progress of the student with work portfolios kept for the older students. You can now also keep track of all the daily learning materials, homework, tests and any major events through our D6 app.

Fee Structure

Tuition Fee

Tuition fees is to be paid minimum of 5 days prior to the beginning of each term based on the payment schedule. Below are the details of our fee structure:

SR 13,000 per term

Other Fees

SR 5,000 (non-refundable) to secure your child’s place at the school.

SR 2,200 per term (depending on the days of the term).

SR 1,500 per term for afterschool care between 2PM – 4 PM

SR 300 per term inclusive of all extracurricular activities.

If payment is not received by the last day of the 2nd week after the tuition due date your child(ren) will be suspended for one week, or until payment is made. If the account is not paid in full during the week of the suspension, your child(ren)’s enrollment will be discontinued. Reinstatement is available only if space permits in the program, the account is paid in full, and an additional SR 5,000 registration fee is paid.

*In case of your child having to leave school mid-year, the school must be notified at least one term in advance in order to pro-rate tuition fee refund, if at all applicable.
